My new Short-Cut Soup takes 1 minute (to open the bags) and dump into a pot – absolutely no chopping, peeling, or measuring required. I’ve curated the best and most nutritious frozen “prepped for us” veggies, combined with the highest quality bone broth on the market – to bring you a 5 veggie, 5 minute, 5 life-changing ingredient soup….just dump ‘n heat….here’s your shopping list to keep stocked in freezer/pantry at all times, and why it’s so good:

Bone broth the “mercedes” of bone broth order here to get my discount – packed with protein and minerals; collagen helps joints, aches and pains

Broccoli slaw – shredded broccoli stalk and carrots—rich in sulforaphane superfood, also cuts carb cravings; anti-inflammatory and cancer-fighting

 Frozen cauliflower “rice”– high in fiber critical to gut and immune health, among a myriad of other health benefits

Frozen mushrooms—one of most nutrient-dense, low cal super veggies on Earth; anti-inflammatory longevity boosters 

Frozen peas– loaded with filling fiber to control blood sugar and essential disease-fighting nutrients
