As a client of my health coaching program, you will:

Have a safe space to share your health concerns, personal goals, and aspirations

  • Implement lifestyle and behavior changes that will lead you towards your health and wellness goals.
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • Understand and reduce your cravings
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Reduce stress
  • Control digestive issues
  • Improve your personal relationships
  • Engage in self-reflection and improve confidence

Your 6-month program includes:

  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month:  These can take place over the phone, on video chat via skype, at your home, or at my office in Irvington, NY
  • One of the following:  Pantry makeover, Supermarket tour, or cooking lesson
  • Informative handouts, recipes, books, foods and other giveaways with each session
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Invitation to special events such as health food store tour and group discussions
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • My personal commitment to your health and success
